Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the mental health team at the Kaiser Tanasborne medical office in Hillsboro, OR. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. The team uses a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.
What You Can Expect
* Provide care for Child/Adolescent patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18
* Full-time, 4 or 4 1/2-day work week (1.00 and.90 FTE available)
* 2 days at the Kaiser Tanasborne clinic and 2 or 2 1/2 days providing virtual care
* No call required
* An experienced support staff
* Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR

* Board Certified or Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
Your Total Rewards
The annual salary for this position is $327,300-$368,900, prorated to your FTE. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. * Base salary range: $304,700-$346,300, prorated to your FTE
* Lifestyle Stipend: $22,600 annually, prorated to your FTE
* New Hire Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000

* Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
