Job DetailsJob Location: Chicago, IL 60608Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 Salary/yearThe Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) is an individual educated in the two disciplines of nursing and midwifery which possesses evidence of certification according to the requirements of the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB). At Alivio Medical Center, the CNM provides care to low risk women, antepartally, intrapartally, postpartally and/or gynecologically. Midwifery practice at Alivio occurs within an integrated health care setting which provides for medical consultation, collaborative management and referral, and is in accord with the standard for nurse-midwifery practice as defined by the AMCB.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a post-baccalaureate degree in an accredited Nurse-Midwifery program and possess active Illinois Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse licenses. Certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board and a federal DEA license are also required.
