Job DetailsJob Location: Chicago, IL 60608Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/year Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary healthcare to patients of Alivio. The Nurse Practitioner utilizes theories of psychosocial, developmental, educational and nursing sciences to facilitate the delivery of this health care. The Nurse Practitioner works inter-dependently with and independently of the multi-disciplinary team. Major functional areas will include: Practitioner, consultant, and educator.

Bilingual English/Spanish, required. At least two years' work experience. Previous experience in a community health center or urgent care setting, desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides primary healthcare to patients by utilizing psychosocial, developmental, and nursing science theories. They function as a practitioner, consultant, and educator while working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and post-graduate training program with current Illinois state licensure and DEA registration. At least two years of work experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are required.
