Job DetailsJob Location: Chicago, IL 60608Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/year Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary healthcare to patients of Alivio. The Nurse Practitioner utilizes theories of psychosocial, developmental, educational and nursing sciences to facilitate the delivery of this health care. The Nurse Practitioner works inter-dependently with and independently of the multi-disciplinary team. Major functional areas will include: Practitioner, consultant, and educator.

Bilingual English/Spanish, required. At least two years' work experience. Previous experience in a community health center or urgent care setting, desired.
