Dental Hygienist - full-time

We’re looking for an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established dental practice in Encinitas, CA on a full-time basis.

Pay: $62–$65/hour

Schedule: ~40 hours/week | Monday–Thursday + alternating Saturdays

About the Role

As a Hygienist on our team, you’ll provide preventive and therapeutic care while building strong relationships with our patients. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with patients and coworkers, and enjoys being part of a collaborative practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced dental professionals while helping patients understand and maintain their oral health.

What You’ll Do

• Provide thorough preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
• Perform fluoride treatments and polish restorations as appropriate
• Review medical and dental histories and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene and preventive care
• Help patients understand their treatment needs and long-term oral health goals
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, dental board, and other applicable regulations and practice standards

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Current and active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality patient care and preventive dentistry
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Interest in continued learning and professional development
