Job Description

Chief CRNA | Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe

Rowlett / Rockwall, Texas | $300,000+ W-2 Package | 8 Weeks PTO

Lead Differently. Practice Differently.

At Symmetry Anesthesia, we’re not trying to look different—we actually are.

We’re a clinician-led anesthesia group built around a simple belief: the people closest to patient care should have a meaningful voice in how the practice operates.

No private equity. No non-competes. No unnecessary corporate layers.

We’re looking for an experienced, highly engaged Chief CRNA to help lead our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe. This isn't simply a title. We're looking for a leader who wants to build a strong team, shape the culture, partner with hospital and anesthesia leadership, and help create a practice where CRNAs want to stay.

As Chief CRNA, You’ll Have the Opportunity To

  • Lead a Strong CRNA Team – Support, mentor, communicate with, and advocate for approximately 19 CRNA FTEs.
  • Help Shape the Practice – Have meaningful input into staffing, scheduling, recruiting, retention, workflows, and operational decisions.
  • Build the Culture – Create an environment built around accountability, communication, teamwork, and respect.
  • Partner With Leadership – Work closely with physician, hospital, and Symmetry leadership to continuously improve the practice.
  • Recruit & Retain Great People – Help us build the kind of team clinicians actively want to join.
  • Maintain Clinical Practice – Stay connected to the OR and the clinicians you lead.

Actually Be Heard – We don't want a Chief who simply carries out decisions. We want a clinical leader who brings ideas, identifies opportunities, and helps us make better decisions.

Why Symmetry?

Real Autonomy – Practice at the top of your training. Your clinical judgment matters.

Transparent Culture – Compensation, scheduling, expectations, and decisions shouldn't be a mystery.

A Care Team Model That Actually Works – Collaborative and respectful, with a maximum 1:4 MD ratio.

Your Voice Matters – We expect our Chiefs to challenge us, bring ideas, and help build better practices.

No Private Equity – We are clinician-led and focused on building sustainable anesthesia programs.

No Non-Competes – We don't believe clinicians should have to sign one to work with us.

Strong Hospital Partnerships – Including Baylor Scott & White Health, where we're focused on building long-term programs clinicians are proud to be part of.

We're growing—but we're doing it thoughtfully and intentionally, without losing what makes a great anesthesia practice a great place to work.

Not average. Not ordinary. We're Symmetry.
