Key Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric care within the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program for a culturally diverse community in Queens. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to treat patients with severe and persistent mental illness.

Requirements

Must be a board certified or board eligible Psychiatrist with a current New York State License, Medicaid number, and DEA number. Candidates should have specific knowledge of the ACT model of care and severe mental illness.
