Job Description

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens, serving the culturally diverse community of Southeast Queens, is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in the Child and Adolescent Outpatient clinic in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

The Division is a major component of a comprehensive Department of Psychiatry and includes Pediatric Consultation Program, Outpatient Clinic, School Based Mental Health Program and Home Based Crisis Intervention Program and an ACGME accredited Adult Residency Training Program.

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care in the Child and Adolescent Outpatient clinic at NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens. They will also participate in a multidisciplinary leadership team and contribute to the academic and clinical training environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree and have completed an ACGME accredited residency and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry. Current New York State medical licensure, a Medicaid number, and a DEA number are required.
