Job Description

Therapy Center Houston is a therapist-owned group practice providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults, couples, and families. We believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and fulfilled, so we handle marketing, billing, scheduling, and intake. You focus on your clients.

Why therapists choose us

  • A full caseload: steady referrals of adults and couples who are invested in therapy.
  • Competitive pay: $50–$110/hour depending on licensure and experience. Full-time clinicians earn $110K+.
  • Free clinical supervision for associates (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A).
  • Growth and training: annual training funds, CEU reimbursement, in-house IFS training, and regular case consultation.
  • Minimal admin: our support team handles intake, billing, and scheduling. You just book your clients' weekly sessions.
  • Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist), or an associate license (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A) with at least 1,500 hours completed
  • Experience or strong interest in working with adults and/or couples
  • Training in IFS, EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT skills, Gottman, EFT, somatic approaches, or similar evidence-based approaches preferred
  • Collaborative, growth-minded, and eager to learn with a team
  • Available at least 2 evenings per week or some Saturday hours. Our office is open 8am–8pm, Monday–Saturday.
  • Able to work with Therapy Center Houston as your only private practice during employment (community agency work is welcome)

To apply: submit your résumé and answer the questions on the application.
