The pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, interpreting IV admixture orders, and preparing primary IV solutions. They also supervise support personnel and ensure the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care services.
Candidates must be licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington and hold a current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification. Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency and at least one year of relevant pharmacy experience are preferred.
