Among the programs and services, we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.

Who We Need: We are currently screening for qualified candidates to join our waitlist for an upcoming Residential Rehab Counselor to join our Glen Burnie Residential team.

Responsibilities

Include: Staff are responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs. This includes assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.

Staff are also responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes. Responsible for medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication. Responsible for teaching community skills including ADLs as needed.

Must drive 15 passenger vans to transport clients. What You Need: Bachelor's Degree in a social service and no experience required or year to year experience in lieu of education. Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence)(must be active for at least 3 years).

Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and pre-employment drug screening. Must have own vehicle. Someone who has a passion for working with individuals with a mental illness or a willingness to learn.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a social service field or equivalent experience and a valid Maryland driver's license. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and drug screening.
