The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with center leadership and medical directors to deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing facility residents. They are responsible for achieving clinical goals and improving patient health outcomes through compassionate, high-quality medical care.
Candidates must hold a valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least one year of provider experience. A Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with relevant state licensure and certifications.
