Key Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician manages a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities while providing preventative health and quality patient care. They are also responsible for supervising and mentoring students or new providers to ensure adherence to clinical best practices.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate degree (MD or DO) and possess an active, valid license to practice in New York State. Board certification and DEA registration are required, with preference given to bilingual candidates and those with experience in HIV care and MAT.
