Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Administer physical therapy treatment plans and therapeutic modalities to patients within their homes to improve mobility and independence. Maintain accurate clinical records and coordinate with the Physical Therapist and Branch Director regarding patient progress and supplies.

Requirements

Requires a current state license to practice Physical Therapy, a valid driver's license with auto insurance, and CPR certification. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess comprehensive knowledge of geriatric population changes.
