Work-Life Balance – No weekends! Our schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM. If you would like more hours there is an option to increase if wanted, but it is not a requirement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping Smiles Healthy: Perform cleanings, scaling, and polishing to prevent gum disease.
- Charting Like a Pro: Record treatment details, periodontal conditions, and future appointment needs.
- Taking X-rays: Capture the best angles to assist with accurate diagnosis.
- Educating Patients: Teach the importance of oral health and home care techniques.
- Assisting the Doctor: Help with exams, record findings, and apply fluoride, sealants, and more.
- Prepping & Sterilizing: Keep treatment rooms and tools clean and ready for action!
- Scheduling & Follow-ups: Ensure patients book their next visit and stay on track with their care.

Key Responsibilities
The Registered Dental Hygienist will perform preventive oral care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing, while educating patients on oral health. They will also assist the doctor with exams, maintain accurate patient charts, and ensure treatment rooms are properly sterilized.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current North Carolina RDH license, a valid X-ray certificate, and CPR/First Aid certification. Experience with Dentrix software is considered a plus for this role.
