Key Responsibilities

The counselor performs a full range of transportation services for military personnel and civilians, focusing on processing entitlements for personal property shipments and storage paid for by the government. This includes conducting counseling sessions, verifying documents, scheduling appointments, and managing all related paperwork and automated systems.

Requirements

Candidates must possess superior customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to conduct briefings. Required qualifications include high school graduation or equivalency, proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to learn the Defense Personal Property System (DP3), basic accounting skills, and US Citizenship or permanent residency for over three years to obtain necessary clearance.
