Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing services and clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cardiovascular care. They are responsible for leading the clinical team, managing staffing and supplies, and maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least two years of nursing leadership experience in an outpatient surgery setting.
