The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. They will also develop and revise treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Vermont and possess a certificate of clinical competence or equivalent educational requirements. Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
