Key Responsibilities
Coordinates pharmacy clinical programs and collaborates with multidisciplinary providers to optimize medication use in ambulatory endocrinology. Serves as a subject matter expert, providing patient education, medication reconciliation, and support for specialty drug management programs.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD and current unrestricted licensure in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. A PGY-2 residency in the specialty area or equivalent clinical experience and board certification is required.
