Occupational Therapist
$2,511.00 weekly | 40-hour Guranteed | Tax-Free Stipends Available to Maximize Take-Home Pay
Contract & Facility Details
- Duration: 8 or 13-week options.
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Location: Haxtun, Colorado (likely a rural/critical access hospital environment).
- Software: Uses Athena EMR—if you know it, you’ll have a shorter learning curve.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of OT experience (not open to new grads).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s from an AOTA/AOTE accredited school.
- Credentials: OTR (Registered), CO State License, and BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will provide clinical care within a rural hospital setting. Responsibilities include utilizing Athena EMR for documentation and patient management during scheduled shifts.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of experience and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program. Required credentials include OTR registration, a Colorado state license, and BLS certification.
