Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist with FYZICAL, you'll evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals.

You'll work in a collaborative outpatient environment with opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge, develop specialized skills, and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Florida licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
