- FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Oakton, VA $85,000-$110,000/year | Full-Time | No Weekends

- We'll train you - and we'll pay for it.
- FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Oakton is looking for a Physical Therapist who is interested in developing a specialty in pelvic health and pelvic floor therapy.
- Previous pelvic-health experience is NOT required.
If you're a great PT with an interest in pelvic health, we'll provide and pay for the specialized education, coursework, and mentorship needed to develop your skills and confidence in this growing specialty.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced orthopedic PT who wants to add a highly sought-after specialty without having to pay for the training themselves.

Your Pelvic Health Career Path
You don't need to arrive as a pelvic-floor specialist. We'll help you become one.
You'll begin treating within your current skill set while receiving structured pelvic-health education and mentorship. As your training progresses, you'll gradually build a pelvic-health caseload and develop expertise in treating conditions such as pelvic pain, urinary dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, prolapse, and other pelvic-floor disorders.
We pay for your pelvic-health training so you can develop a specialty that can stay with you throughout your career.
Who We're Looking For
We're Looking for a PT Who Is
- Licensed or eligible for PT licensure in Virginia
- A new graduate or experienced Physical Therapist
- Interested in women's health and/or pelvic health
- Compassionate and comfortable working closely with patients
- Interested in continuing to learn and develop professionally
- Looking for a clinic where they can build a long-term career
- Pelvic-floor experience is welcome, but absolutely not required.
About FYZICAL Oakton
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Oakton is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy clinic serving Northern Virginia.
Our clinic treats a diverse patient population across orthopedics, pelvic health, balance/vestibular, neurologic and geriatric rehabilitation.
We're continuing to grow our pelvic-health program and are looking for the right PT to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will treat patients with various conditions including pelvic pain, urinary dysfunction, and postpartum issues while participating in a structured pelvic-health training program. They will also contribute to the growth and development of the clinic's pelvic-health program.
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed or eligible for physical therapy licensure in Virginia. The role is open to both new graduates and experienced physical therapists with an interest in pelvic health.
