The Clinical Triage Nurse manages incoming patient calls regarding clinical questions, prescription refills, and post-operative follow-ups. They are also responsible for documenting patient information in the electronic medical record and facilitating hospital consults for providers.
Candidates must hold an RN license in the State of Ohio and have at least one year of nursing experience. A high school diploma or equivalent and a nursing school diploma are required.
