Job Summary: Examine, plan, and administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals. Supervise treatments performed by Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and Treat patients referred by appropriate professionals, or patients self-referred per State of Alabama practice law.

• Document and perform patient treatments in compliance with accepted professional and institutional standards.

• Provide Physical Therapy treatments at productivity standard.

• Supervise treatments performed by Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.

Requirements

• Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required: Those obtained through completing the necessary degree program and obtaining a professional license. CPR certification.

• Education: Masters or Doctor in Physical Therapy degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. (grandfathered BS acceptable).

• Experience: No experience required.
