The Mental Health Counselor will evaluate, treat, and diagnose clients while managing a full caseload and acting as a lead counselor. They are also responsible for scheduling clinical staff, maintaining accurate client records, and facilitating specialized group sessions.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree and an independent clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an outpatient or acute behavioral health setting is required.
