Requirements
- Demonstrate a positive approach toward donors, technicians and other staff members, acting in a highly professional manner at all times.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable and punctual Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT: Work is generally performed in the plasma center Ability to pull and lift equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs., unassisted.

Work with LIFESHARE BLOOD CENTER in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Key Responsibilities
Perform medical evaluations of prospective plasma donors to determine suitability and provide limited medical care within the scope of practice. Ensure accurate documentation of medical incidents and maintain emergency equipment according to safety guidelines.
Licensure & Certifications
Requires a current LPN/LVN or RN license, or EMS licensure with at least one year of experience. Must hold a current CPR/First Aid certification and possess knowledge of FDA and cGMP regulations.
