Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will lead a team of behavior technicians and develop individualized intervention plans for clients. They will collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver high-quality, tailored ABA therapy.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework. A background check is required for all applicants.
