Key Responsibilities

The Milieu Counselor works within a multidisciplinary team to maintain a therapeutic environment and provide individualized patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic groups, assisting with patient safety, and collaborating on treatment plans to promote positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate degree, with a Bachelor degree and Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in psychology or a related field working with specialized populations is required.
