About the Position

We’re hiring Oregon-licensed LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to provide full-time mental health care through telehealth. You’ll work directly with clients who need support with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life challenges, providing consistent therapy from assessment through ongoing treatment.

• What You’ll Do
• Meet with clients virtually for individual psychotherapy sessions
• Evaluate presenting concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment needs
• Build practical treatment plans with measurable clinical goals
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on each client’s condition and progress
• Identify and diagnose behavioral health conditions within your professional scope
• Review client outcomes and modify care plans when clinically appropriate
• Maintain complete and timely progress notes, assessments, and other required records
• Recognize safety concerns and follow established risk assessment and crisis protocols
• Protect client privacy and follow Oregon licensing, telehealth, and professional practice standards
• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related clinical field
• Active and unrestricted Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• Previous experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services
• Experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of professional ethics, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements
• Strong written, verbal, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
