Job Description
Job Details: Job Location: Washington County Clinic - Washington, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds.
Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.
As an Outpatient Child Therapist with Chartiers Center's Washington County Clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
Include: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs and develop appropriate recommendations for care. Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children and adolescents utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
Complete timely and accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, managed care requirements, correspondence, transfer summaries, and discharge summaries.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect each child's strengths, needs, and treatment goals. Collaborate with psychiatrists, treatment team members, schools, families, and community providers to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care.
Participate in treatment team meetings, interdisciplinary staffing, supervision, and other clinical consultations to support quality care and positive outcomes. Maintain ongoing communication with service coordinators and agency staff to connect children and families with community resources and supportive services.
Advocate for children and families while promoting recovery, resiliency, and overall emotional wellness.
We are looking for Master’s Level Therapists or LPC's with two years’ experience to work with children in the following areas: SPMI Specialty Dual Diagnosis Specialty (MH/D&A) Dual Diagnosis Specialist (MH/IDD) Trauma Informed Care Experience with children preferred.
