The Speech Therapist will deliver one-on-one home healthcare to patients of all ages, including observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment. They are responsible for determining the plan of care and completing clinical documentation using an electronic medical record system.
Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Speech Language Pathology license and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program and reliable personal transportation are also required.
