Job Description
Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring an additional Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for its growing therapy practice in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina!
Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is a multidisciplinary therapy practice that provides both in-clinic and in-home speech language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA therapy services throughout the Carolinas, with clinical offices located in Fort Mill, SC, Greenville, NC, Greenville, SC, and in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
All OTR/L applicants must have their master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution and be willing to commit to a minimum one year contract in order to provide services with the practice.
Applicants with interest and experience with pediatric populations are preferred. All applicants must have either obtained, or be in the process of obtaining, licensure in North Carolina.
Position responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to performing direct therapy, performing evaluations, utilizing electronic medical record software to complete documentation, and supervising COTAs if agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will perform direct therapy and evaluations while maintaining accurate documentation using electronic medical record software. They may also be responsible for supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as agreed upon.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution and possess or be in the process of obtaining North Carolina licensure. A minimum one-year contract commitment is required, and experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
