Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial patient risk assessments, triage mental health conditions, and develop individualized care plans for perinatal patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide psychoeducation and coordinate ongoing behavioral health support.
Requirements
Requires a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted multi-state compact license and at least 4 years of experience in maternal-child health or psychiatric nursing. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual, and metrics-driven environment.
