Key Responsibilities
The nurse will conduct initial patient risk assessments and triage for perinatal mental health conditions while coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for developing individualized care plans, providing psychoeducation, and monitoring patient progress to improve clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted multi-state compact license and at least 4 years of experience in maternal-child health or psychiatric nursing. Proficiency in virtual care delivery and a strong understanding of perinatal mental health are required for this role.
