Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial patient risk assessments, triage mental health conditions, and develop individualized care plans for perinatal patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide psychoeducation and monitor patient progress throughout their care journey.

Requirements

Requires a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted multi-state compact license and at least 4 years of experience in maternal-child health or psychiatric nursing. Candidates must be equipped to work remotely and demonstrate strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
