Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking an Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician to join our Complex Care Clinic team in Springfield, OR. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Provide comprehensive geriatric assessments and manage complex, multi-morbid conditions for older adults in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and facilitate smooth transitions of care for high-risk patients.
Must hold an MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency. Candidates must be board eligible or board certified and possess an Oregon medical license and DEA registration.
