This position is designated as Hard to Fill and is eligible for an annual stipend of $5000.  Stipends are paid in two equal installments of $2,500 in January and June of the school year, contingent upon working the entirety of each semester.

To be eligible for the Hard to Fill stipend, staff must:

1. Be licensed by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and appropriately endorsed to provide services to students.

2. Serve students in the identified area at least 50% of the assignment.

Provide psychological services to exceptional students within the school system. Ensure students receive appropriate support and interventions based on their specific needs.
