Job Description
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive care for all ages of the pediatric population, from well-child visits to sick and injured visits, following AAP guidelines for necessary screenings and vaccinations.
Dive into patient stories by taking comprehensive histories and performing thorough physical examinations to uncover what's really going on with your patients' health.
Play detective by ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests that help you crack the case and inform your treatment plans.
Build winning treatment programs by diagnosing conditions and creating personalized care plans that actually work for your patients.
Assess, diagnose, and treat inpatient patients in collaboration with attending physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe and efficient care.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
Coordinate care across settings to achieve optimal patient outcomes safely and efficiently.
Be a team player by collaborating with physicians, nurses, and fellow healthcare heroes to ensure exceptional patient care.

Outpatient Pediatrics, full-time
Tuesday - Thursday 8a-6p
Friday 8a-5p
Weekend call based on provider rotation, no in person necessary, phone call only.
Call afterhours is a rotation among all providers in clinic, call for 1 full week, no expectation to be on site, phone call only.
Pediatric Population 0-18
Patient volume 17-26, daily
Open to reviewing new graduates
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in nursing (NP) or Bachelor's degree from AMA-approved Physician Assistant program (PA)
Current state licensure and national certification (CNP or NCCPA)
Current BLS provider certification
Current DEA registration
Pediatrics experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric care including physical exams, diagnostic testing, and personalized treatment plans for patients aged 0-18. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient care delivery and educate families on health conditions and treatment protocols.
