Key Responsibilities

The pediatric hospitalist is responsible for rounding on newborns and pediatric inpatients, as well as providing emergency room consultations. They also co-manage post-operative surgical patients across two hospital locations.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed an ACGME/AOA approved Pediatrics Residency Program and be board eligible or certified in general pediatrics. Current PALS and NRP certifications are required for the position.
