Omni Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home evaluation and treatment services as an independent contractor throughout the Antelope Valley area. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy home health and want a flexible practice arrangement with full control over their availability and patient assignments.

- We are currently seeking clinicians who can provide services in one or more of the following communities:
- Palmdale
- Lancaster
- Quartz Hill
- Littlerock
- Leona Valley
- Lake Los Angeles
