True 1 0n 1 Patient Care (avg 8 patients per shift) - $5K Sign On Bonus - 401K w/ a 4% Match

We are a 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center known for our highly respected cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint program, an acute rehab unit which helps individuals regain their independence, growing cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care services, highly attentive physical and occupational therapies, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services.
We are seeking a inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our hospital team in Valencia, CA. You will work next to a team of respected OT's, PT's, SLP's, PTA's, OTA's, along with providing direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. Responsibilities
- Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
