Physical Therapist Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold or be eligible for a state license. Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation settings is preferred.
