Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform initial evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide direct treatments to help patients improve their physical well-being. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and possess a valid Kentucky Physical Therapist license. Additionally, applicants are required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and experience in a rehabilitation setting.
