• Manage a varied caseload, including safeguarding, risk assessment, and complex decision‑making.

• Work collaboratively with health partners, providers, and families to promote independence and ensure safe, effective support.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.

• Eligible to work in the UK.

• Hold a full UK driving licence.

• Post-qualified experience.
