Join Liquid Personnel as a Senior Social Worker – Adult Disabilities Service in Dudley, United Kingdom. Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join its client’s Adult Disabilities Service team, based in Dudley. What will your responsibilities be?

Key Responsibilities

• Assess risk and deliver interventions to improve quality of life and long-term independence.

• Coordinate multi-agency services, working closely with health, education, housing, and partner organisations.

• Support transition planning where required, ensuring continuity of care and promoting independence.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.

• Eligible to work in the UK.

• Hold a full UK driving licence.

• Post-qualified experience within a statutory setting working with adults and/or young people transitioning to adulthood, including safeguarding.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
