Provide personalized recovery-oriented services including individual and group counseling, case management, and the development of individualized recovery plans. Facilitate classes, conduct assessments, and coordinate treatment team meetings while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring participant safety.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Rehabilitation, or a Bachelor's degree with two to three years of relevant human services experience. Candidates must have experience working with individuals with mental health conditions in both individual and group settings.
