Key Responsibilities

• Complete timely documentation in electronic health record.

• Attain and maintain productivity expectations.

• Maintain required caseload and associated documentation.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

• Minimum certification requirements are LMSW-P, LMSW, LMHC-P, LMHC, LCSW, LMHC-D.

• Candidate must have knowledge of OASAS regulations.

• Experience with Microsoft and Excel a plus.

• Pay rate: $31.25 - $36.06/hour.
