This position offers weekends off. Work with Parkerlife Health Group in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey.
Provide in-home geriatric counseling services to clients across Ocean County. Maintain a minimum caseload of 8 clients while supporting their independence in their own environment.
A Master's degree and a valid New Jersey Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential are required. Two years of counseling experience and knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) are preferred.
