The social worker will independently assess the psychosocial needs of patients and their families to formulate and implement effective treatment plans. They will also provide psychotherapy services and coordinate referrals to community and government agencies.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess a current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. A minimum of two years of independent clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required.
