Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 574 N. State St. Westerville, OH43082

• Type of Employment: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday/Wednesday (8am-7pm), Tuesday/Friday (8am-2pm), Thursday (8am-5pm)
• Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000, annually, based on years of experience

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
