Clinical Support Social Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based and solution-focused counseling to assigned surrogates throughout their journey with the agency.

• Create, implement, and maintain opportunities for surrogates to engage in Circle Surrogacy community regularly. Opportunities to include managing the surrogate mentorship program, facilitating monthly gatherings around major and minor milestones in the journey, etc.

• Collaborate and coordinate across Circle’s teams and with our partners to facilitate the smoothest possible experience for our clients.

• Participate in regular case reviews for assigned surrogates throughout their journey.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
